Should there be a need for technical assistance, SSSI maintains a technical support group with hands-on experience on:

- Computer Firmware
This group is highly mobile, equipped with communication tools and motorcycles. They have been exposed to different brands of carpark equipment.
This group is capable of doing minor program revisions in the field. Should more complex programming be required, SSSI is committed to support all the changes and revisions necessary within its capability.
The company periodically contracts its special training needs (e.g. Values Formation, Team Building, etc.) to outside companies or groups or persons who are known in their fields.
The company also counts on the legal services of one of the leading law firms in the country.
